HORMONES! Are you suffering from imbalances? Sometimes? Often? Dinah Rodrigues (www.dinahrodrigues.com.br) from Brazil did research 30 years ago and she put together a series of exercises to balance the hormone levels, with very good results for many years.
The series is a combination of dynamic breathing, body locks, circulation of energy and specific postures targeting the ovaries, thyroid, adrenals and pituitary gland.
