About the event
This session is open to expectant parents and moms/dads with a small baby up to 3 months.
Conscious breathing with your partner allows the body to reset into relax mode as stress and tension are slowly dissipating the body. This highly benefits the baby, in the womb or on your belly. Keeping your baby close on your chest releases oxytocin for both you and baby. It enables the baby to hear the heartbeat as in the womb and feel safe and secure.
Sound Healing is a safe way to reduce anxiety and restore the normal functioning of the immune system, soothing the whole system, surely also during pregnancy. When the pregnant woman experiences sound therapy, it benefits her and her baby.
Sound and breathing, it’s all about vibrations! The sound of the gong helps to deeply relax and completely take off the mind from extern sensations. The gong sound might be similar to the sounds a baby can hear in the womb. Certain tones induce trance and alter brain waves, to aid relaxation and healing.
