Dominique has 30 years+ daily practice of Tai Chi Chuan (Tai Ji Quan) and Qi Gong. Dom started to study Tai Chi Chuan from 1984 at “Institut des Langues Orientales” University, Paris, then One year with Master Zheng Qing He in Kunming China and a few years with Master Maurice Portiche.
Qi Gong ( prononce chee-gong) “Ba Juan Jin” (Eight Pieces of Brocade) is an ancient Chinese healing technique through simple movements with controlled breathing exercise that involves meditation. Qi means vital energy or life force; and Gong, meaning work or potency acquired through practice.
Tai Chi Chuan (108 movements Heng Style) is a unique well being activity for non sportive person to elite athletes as well as people with poor health conditions. The postures flow makes Tai Chi Chuan slow and graceful, keeping the body in active meditative motion.
