KUNDALINI YOGA MORNING SADHANA
Is a practice that brings together group energy for harmony and a sense of community support. This yogic practice of self-discipline allows us to express the Infinite within. Sadhana is a conscious activity. We consciously choose to rise up, to exercise the body and to meditate. Each day is different. Each day, we are different. Every 72 hours all the cells of the body totally change. Sickness comes and goes. Motivations wax and wane. But through the flux of life, through all the variations of the mind and heart, we consciously choose to maintain a constant and regular practice.
WHY SO EARLY?
During the ‘ambrosial hours’ – (the 2.5 hours before sunrise), when the sun is at a sixty-degree angle to the Earth, the energy you put into your Sadhana gets maximum results because prana is abundant in these hours and the body systems are more set to support physical cleansing than during the rest of the day. Your world is quieter. It’s easier to meditate and concentrate before the hustle and bustle of the day begins.
Sadhana is open to all to join, regardless of previous experience of (Kundalini or other styles of) yoga.

MORNING SADHANA CLEANSES THE SUBCONSCIOUSNESS through sound current (Naad)
In this holistic group healing session, we will
– TUNE IN (to the teacher within each of us)
– WARM UP gently to start the day through PRANAYAM (breathing techniques to stimulate energy)
– Move through KRIYA (sequence of yoga poses to stimulate and rebalance the nervous, glandular, skeletal & cardio-vascular systems)
– Integrate our newfound energy through Deep Relaxation
– CHANT MANTRAS (to cleanse the subconscious)
Yoga mats, towels & water are provided. Wear comfortable clothes you can stretch in. Bring a scarf to cover your head as the Kundalini energy rising up is best when contained.
